How Our Pricing Works

We tailor each package to your business’s needs, size, and goals.  After Onboarding, most services are billed monthly with flat-rate pricing for clarity and predictability.

Fractional CFO

High-level strategic support for small business owners navigating growth, grounded in Profit First principles. 

Each engagement includes:

  • A one-time Onboarding Fee, which covers onboarding and a Bookkeeping Evaluation - $1,350. 

  • A Monthly Service Fee.  Our average fractional CFO monthly fee is $1,650/month, with monthly fees ranging from $850 to $3,000 and beyond, depending on business complexity, analysis with proprietary reports, forecasting analytics, and meeting cadence.

Monthly fees can be higher when we provide multiple services for one client

Profit First Package

A one-time standalone package designed to give you long-term clarity and control over your cash.  No ongoing monthly commitment required.  

Profit First Implementation Package — $1,997 (flat rate)
Includes:

  • Account structure + customized percentage guidance

  • Transfer rhythm + calendar

  • Full setup support

 Bookkeeping Services

Each agreement includes:

  • A Monthly Service Fee, covering ongoing work, including reconciliations, reporting, and year-end close.

  • Our average client fee is $1,495/month, with monthly fees ranging from $650 to $5,500+, depending on the nature of a client’s business and service level.

Most catch-up bookkeeping ranges from $3,500–$6,000 per calendar year, depending on your books, scope of work, and urgency. 

Pricing for special projects varies widely.
