Monthly Maintenance Services

The IRS tax code now allows for taxpayers to maintain their records by using electronic storage system. Records maintained electronically must meet IRS requirements. Have Sum of All Numbers scan your business receipts and store them electronically. We can provide the scan documents in several formats: pdf, excel, word, html or digital image that are sorted by date.

Invoicing

Have Sum of All Numbers do your invoicing on a monthly basis to your clients. This way it will be done on time and you will get paid faster. Includes emailing invoices. Mailing can be done with the addition of QB Bill Pay Service.

Bill Payment
