Holly De Vito is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and her passion for assisting small businesses led her to establishing her own business, Sum of All Numbers. As the founder and CEO of Sum of All Numbers, Holly brings her decade of business experience in a variety of industries including property management, financial, clothing design and real estate into helping her clients keep their business financials in order. Before starting Sum of All Numbers, Holly was the Chief Financial Officer for the American Red Cross, where she managed a full accounting staff and worked closely with the Board of Directors in making financial decisions for the organization. She understands first-hand the hardships and successes small business owners face and has used this experience and knowledge to help hundreds of clients launch their own businesses. The primary focus of her business is to provide small business owners with the tools they need to manage their own business financials effectively. Holly and her team provide simple solutions to business owners for gathering financial data to guide business owners to make sound financial business decisions. Holly studied International Business Management at Brigham Young University – Hawaii and Utah State University.

Holly’s goal is to provide reliable, accurate and cost-effective accounting solutions for her clients through her demonstrated knowledge, professionalism, trustworthiness, attention to detail and her passionate commitment to customer satisfaction.

Kristie joined the Sum of All Numbers team in April 2008, bringing with her ten years of accounting and management experience to service our highly diverse clientele. Kristie’s wide range of accounting experience includes bookkeeping for restaurants, sports training facilities, retail outlets, publishers and construction industries. Prior to joining the Sum of All Numbers team she managed a staff of seven employees while handling all of the billing and bookkeeping needs for a predominate Bay Area gymnastics facility, with a staff of over 50 employees and a clientele of over 1,500 students.

Kristie holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a dedicated professional with strong analytical and communication skills who is committed to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. Since joining the Sum of All Numbers team Kristie has become a valuable asset for providing continued reliable, accurate and cost-effective accounting solutions for our clients.

Lori Ocon - Client Account Manager

Lori Ocon is a Certified Professional Bookkeeper through the Universal Accounting Institute. She brings over 15 years of QuickBooks experience, performs bookkeeping functions necessary to run a small business, primarily focusing on service industry providers. Some of the functions Lori assists clients with include Accounts Payable and Receivables, Payroll and Bank and Worker’s Compensation reconciliations. Lori earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University-East Bay.

Stephanie has been with Sum of All Numbers since 2006. She brings over 20 years of experience working in the financial industry to help clients establish and maintain the financial records for their own businesses. Stephanie specializes in accounting for small businesses. Prior to joining Sum of All Numbers, Stephanie performed accounting tasks for three different departments at Utah State University over an eight-year period. Stephanie’s experience also includes retail management, as well as establishing and maintaining an accounting system for retail businesses. Stephanie attended Utah State University

Janae Pierre has over 17 years of professional experience in the areas of accounting, budgeting and financial analysis. She has worked in industries ranging from higher education to high tech companies. This includes small business enterprises with five employees or less and large companies with more than 500 employees. Her strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while also being a team player, along with Janae’s broad exposure to the business operations of large and small companies, has equipped her to learn and implement new concepts and to identify opportunities to improve systems and processes. She has found that her most effective contribution to the world of finance is as a consultant to the small business owner. Janae thrives on the opportunity to for a partnership with each of her clients to assist them in reaching their business objectives. Janae earned her MBA from Santa Clara University.
